Customers may return unused and unopened vinyl flooring products within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return must be initiated through our customer service department and must comply with the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging
- Product must be unused and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut or specially ordered flooring
- Flooring that has been installed
- Flooring that shows signs of use, damage, or modification
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion

- Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs
